I have the 20 degree El Coyote quilt. I have not yet pushed its limits but have used it in temperatures down to the high 30’s, and without even using the pad attachment system to snug it up, I was toasty warm all night. Comparing its features to other quilt manufacturers, I think the El Coyote quilt gives you the best bang for the buck. One thing you didn’t mention in your review is that it comes standard with 30% overstuff – something you would have to pay extra for at other companies. Another neat thing they do is to include a QR code that shows the origin and exact specs of the down – my down is actually over 930 FP. Also, the lead time for a custom quilt is ridiculously short – I got mine in about two weeks. The only thing I would change on this quilt would be to be able to add a draft collar to make it warmer in really cold temps, but so far, I have not really needed it. I love my El Coyote quilt and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a high-quality quilt at a reasonable price.
