Initial Thoughts on the Norrona Femund Econyl70 20L Pack

This backpack is a really lightweight option for outdoor adventures like mountain biking or trail running. Largely made of recycled fibers, it’s clear this pack is well made. I enjoyed the simplicity of the design and how small it packs down. On a recent mountain bike ride, this pack fit my hydration, snacks, pump and repair kit, extra layer, and still had plenty of room to spare.

Pros Cons
  • Super lightweight
  • The bright orange is a lot!
  • Simple design – no extraneous pockets or zippers weighing you down
  • I wish the outside pocket had some sort of closure – I was worried whatever I placed in there would fall out.
  • Well-ventilated to keep you cool and dry
