If your a veteran and you aren’t backpacking/hiking then get on it. The absolute best therapy there is for veteran ptsd in my opinion. Its the only thing that helps me.

I am a veteran (Vietnam) and I enjoy camping. Maybe it’s therapy, maybe it’s just escape from the ‘net. regardless my dated equipment has worked for many years. Every time some wears out or breaks, I learn just how little you really need. One new item I have found very useful is synthetic under garments. They are easy to wash (even in cold water) and dry fast. I’m sure these products are great too.
I am a Veteran who loves the outdoors. I love backpacking.
I have PTSD and the outdoors helps so much.
I have to get away from all the drama in this world.
