ELEVATE YOUR MEALS: Backcountry Cooking Workshop
For this session, we will be cooking up a couple of tasty recipes for your spring treks plus basic camping stove equipment knowledge, packing tips, and other cooking camp hacks. This is a cook-along session and recipes will be sent out prior to the date so you can cook along with Chef Corso!
MONTyBOCA (mountainxmouth) is led by Chef Corso, a classically trained chef, training in Napa Valley and Northern Italy. He enjoys the outdoors much more than a fine-dining kitchen and he’s here to put you on the path to great meals anywhere. MONTyBOCA provides recipes, meal plans, and cookbooks and is based in Seattle, WA.
All MONTyBOCA meals are:

Workshop Details
Reserve your spot: Event tickets are now available via Brown Paper Tickets. The virtual workshop will take place on Zoom. More event details will be provided to all who register in the days leading up to the event. A Zoom link will be sent out to participants in the evening of May 4th.
When is the event: May 05, 2021, 5:30 PM PST
Cost: $10 per person ($1 of each ticket purchase will be donated to an outdoor nonprofit organization)
Menu: TBD, 3 recipes will be sent out prior to the event. Guests can cook along if they’d like.
