I know some of you out there are very experienced with alcohol stoves, and for some of you, it may be unknown territory.

They can be a great selection for longer-haul trips as they are very lightweight and super packable. I recently cooked up some fast, easy, and lightweight recipes on a personal alcohol stove that aren’t just boiling water and putting it in a bag.

Additionally, I put together some helpful tips to remember when using these types of stoves.
