I have been hiking around USA for about 6 years now. Not only have I met some of the most amazing people but have seen the craziest of the beaten path worders.
Miss hiking…since getting hurt..but have great memories…of hiking and biking.too…love the out doors!!!!
Mostly do weekend camping in canvas tents. Do some Backpacking using Military Surplus gear. Yes it’s heavy but it’s tough as nails as long as it wasn’t trashed when you bought it. Want to start doing Belt & Haversack Bushcrafting day trips with maybe a one nighter once in a while. The ole knees ain’t what they used to be.

A lot of people have pulled away from the outdoors to fulfill there careers. With that said this contest will help some people get to there original upbringing by being out in the natural elements and environment. This may give someone the opportunity to have win something they may have never had or win a newer better item.
Love the woods and trails! I can still pack , but not as well as I used too! I still love the outdoor adventures at 75 though!
